He might have tried to think of a way to get the hitchhiker out of the car without getting his entire family into trouble and into safety
He would have either tried to escape from the hitchhiker with his parents or would have tried to convince his parents to make the hitchhiker leave the car.
I think he might have jumped out of the car because he didn't want to be killed by the hitch hiker. His parents who would be astonished at this sudden reaction would probably get out of the car to find out what happened to him. This then enables Jacob and his entire family be saved.
I think Jacob might try to warn his parents of his suspicions on the hitchhiker.
I think he might try to get him and his parents to safety and get the hitchhiker out of the car.
I think he won't do anything and wait to see if the hitchhiker does anything first to clear all his suspicions before doing anything.
He might become more suspicious and cautious. As well as tell his parents what the hitchhiker did to him.
He might try to argue with his parents to get the hitchiker out of the car.
He would force his parents to get the hitchhiker to get out of the car and tell his parents about what the hitchhiker told him.
He would think of a way out of the car and to rescue his family
I think Jacob will tell his parents about the actions of the hitchhiker and also, he would be aware of whatever the hitchhiker does.
He would stay as far as possible away from the hitchhiker and continue observing his moves to make sure he does no harm.
I think that Jacob will try to tell his parents about the hitchhiker.
He would tell his parents about what happened.
Most importantly, he would have tried to get himself as well as his family to safety. However, if the situation is less tense, I think he would have tried in one way or another, make his parents understand that Ian Rellik was strange and a dangerous man.
He would try to warn his parents without letting Mr Rellik know
